Students, parents, and teachers who wish to discuss whether the GRAD Program is the right fit for a student should contact the student's counselor or appropriate Principal.

School counselors and principals are responsible for gathering all relevant information about student academic, behavioral, and social/emotional progress in school thus far. This information should include anecdotal information and teacher observations. Parents and students should expect to meet with a multi-disciplinary committee to determine if GRAD Program placement is the most appropriate option for the student. An additional intake meeting will be scheduled with GRAD Program staff the decision is made to move forward with alternative program placement.

Please review school board policy 3470/4305 for further information.

The deadline to make referrals is:

April 15th for the Fall semester

October 15th for the Spring semester
