    With the rush to send home hundreds of chromebooks and get teachers and families up to speed, we know there will be some troubleshooting.

    If you are having trouble accessing sites from your child's ACS laptop, the first step to try is to remove the student account from the chromebook and log-in fresh.  Here are visual directions.

    If, after using the directions above to log back in and then signing in to the webfilter, ZScaler, you still have problems, please use this form to request help.

    Bear in mind that we are all having problems with slow videos at this point.  The whole world is attempting to start remote learning all at once.  We have hopes that we can improve things somewhat, but can't promise yet.
