Resource Distribution Information
*If you do not pick up materials this week, September 9th - 11th, we ask that you do not come to the school next week to get your materials. Staff was dedicated to making this drive thru system work, and we do not want to bring people into the building. We will provide any additional information concerning materials as soon as we can.
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons, September 9th - 11th, we will distribute all of our essential academic materials. If your teachers have not reached out to you to let you know you have materials to pick up for their class, please reach out to each of them to confirm.
We are also asking everyone to return any items you have from last year in a plastic bag that is labeled with your full name. If possible, please include a piece of paper in the bag that lists everything in the bag (book titles, instruments, uniforms, etc.) and the teacher/coach you had for that class/activity.
You will be staying in your vehicle, but we ask that you wear a mask to help protect the safety of our staff. We will wear masks to protect you. The traffic pattern for these three days will start with everyone entering campus from Victoria Rd, stopping at the Arts building to check in and drop off items, and then progressing to the front of the school to pick up all your items. Everyone will then exit campus onto McDowell St.
There is a strict schedule organized by last name that we are asking everyone to adhere to that starts Wednesday at 12:30 and concludes Friday at 2:30. The schedule is provided below.

While not an essential item, last years yearbooks will also be distributed during these three days in accordance with the schedule, and we have some items from Asheville Middle for our 9th graders.
