Fall Sports

Football workouts will resume beginning Sept. 29th and every Tuesday and Thursday thereafter until our season begins in February.  Workouts will run from 4:00 to-5:30. Masks will need to be worn to workouts. We will provide a mask if a student does not have one.

Football workouts are not to replace “in-season” sports. You are encouraged to play other sports at AMS, but if not participating in another sport you are welcome to attend.  Please contact Coach Buchanan if you have further questions,

Coach Connelly is returning to our Volleyball team this year. We are very excited to have her leadership back on the court. Volleyball workouts will begin October 5th from 4-4:45 outside at Asheville Middle. Coach Connelly will meet on the sidewalk closest to the baseball field. You must have a current, updated physical in order to workout. Coach Connelly can  be reached at be sure to fill out the volleyball sign up form prior to October 5th. We are also lucky to have Coach Meinert back as our Cougar Cross Country coach!  if you are interested in joining the Cross Country team, small group workouts will begin on October 19th at Asheville Middle School. Please fill out the form to make sure you are assigned to a group. You must have a current physical to participate. Coach Meinert will be sending information out about your group on Oct. 14th.
